30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Subscription Order)
First-time subscription orders are fully refundable within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. One opened item per product type is eligible. This applies to first subscription orders only — not one-time purchases.
Standard Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on any eligible item. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Requirements:
- Unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags intact
- Valid proof of purchase
- Not opened, soiled, altered, or used
How to return:
- Email with your order number, item(s), and reason
- We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions and a prepaid return label
- Pack securely in original packaging and drop off with the carrier
Do not ship a return without contacting us first. Items sent to the wrong address without our label are not eligible for store credit.
Store credit is issued within 1–2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Photograph the issue immediately
- Email within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
- We will reship the correct or undamaged item at no cost to you
Refused or Undelivered Packages
Undelivered (returned to us by carrier): we will reship at no additional cost.
Refused delivery — package visibly damaged: contact us immediately. We will reship once we receive the package back.
Refused delivery — all other reasons: we will reship if and when the package is returned to our warehouse. We are not responsible for refused packages lost in transit. Contact us before or immediately after refusing a shipment.
Use only the return label we provide. Returns sent without our label may not reach the correct warehouse.
Quality Promise
Quality issues within 30 days of purchase will be resolved with a replacement. Contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (except under the 30-Day Guarantee)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Final Sale items
- Personalized or custom orders
- Opened skincare, personal care, or hygiene products
International Returns
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Contact for country-specific return guidance.
Gift Returns
Returns without receipt receive store credit at current selling price. Original purchaser is not notified.
